This system, Our DPU, which is built on Atom processor, along with 80gb memory and 1gb ram, 7" screen and a key board, will have an inbuilt software for milk collection.

The Analyzer, weigh balance will connect to the DPU and also the printer will be either inbuilt thermal or dot matrix (supplied by us).

The DPU has an inbuilt milk collection software and with its help the weight in Kgs or Liters will be automatically Received from the weight Balance, Analysis results are also fed directly to the software by our Analyzer.

The DPU then will calculate the applicable rate for the supplier based on the Fat or SNF or Fat and SNF, or your own formula which you can import into the software in excel format. The total amount will also be calculated and with the help of a printer you can generate the ack. Slip for the supplier.

This slip will mention the qty., analysis results and amount of this supplier along with name, date etc.

You can also generate a shift summary after completion of each shift and can generate any individual suppliers milk bill for any period like week/10days/15days etc, you can also generate the milk bill for the total suppliers for any given period (milk bill summary).
